Lighthouse View is a landmark extra-care housing development located on Chatsworth Avenue in Fleetwood, Lancashire. The scheme was originally constructed by Bardsley Construction on behalf of Regenda Homes as part of a wider regeneration programme aimed at providing high-quality accommodation and support services for older residents within the Wyre area. The £12 million development was designed to meet the growing demand for specialist housing that allows people to live independently while having access to care and support when required.

The HALO Apartments development is a contemporary residential scheme located on Simpson Street within Manchester's rapidly expanding NOMA Quarter, close to Victoria Station, the Northern Quarter, and the city's commercial core. Developed by the Forshaw Group, the project comprises 66 high-quality one, two, and three-bedroom apartments arranged across a six-storey building, complete with basement parking facilities. Bardsley Construction was appointed as the main contractor responsible for delivering the development, and the project formed part of the ongoing regeneration of the Angel Meadow and NOMA areas.

Meadowside is one of Manchester's most significant residential regeneration projects, located on the edge of the historic Angel Meadow Park and within the rapidly expanding NOMA district. The development comprises a collection of high-quality residential buildings designed to provide contemporary city-centre living while complementing the surrounding regeneration of the area. The Burnage Lane development was a residential construction project delivered by Bardsley Construction as part of ongoing investment in housing across Greater Manchester. As principal contractor, Bardsley Construction was responsible for managing the project from the early construction stages through to completion, coordinating all aspects of delivery to ensure the development met the required standards of quality, safety, and programme performance.

The Strand Community Hub

Kirkholt, Rochdale Community Hub

The Strand Community Hub in Kirkholt, Rochdale, is a flagship regeneration project that transformed a long-standing neighbourhood centre into a modern, vibrant community destination. Delivered by Bardsley Construction in partnership with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH), Rochdale Borough Council, and Triangle Architects, the development formed a key part of the wider regeneration strategy for the Kirkholt area. The project successfully combined community facilities, commercial units, public realm improvements, and new housing opportunities to create a sustainable focal point for local residents.

University of Huddersfield £6M Refurbishment

Bardsley Construction is proud to have delivered the refurbishment of the Joseph Priestley Building at the University of Huddersfield — a landmark education project shortlisted in the prestigious Refurbishment of the Year category at the Education Estates Awards. The £6 million redevelopment transformed a dated 1960s teaching facility into a modern, sustainable, and highly flexible learning environment for the University's School of Applied Sciences. The project represented Bardsley's first major contract for the University of Huddersfield and demonstrated the company's capability to deliver complex refurbishment schemes within live educational environments.

Bardsley Construction played a key role in delivering the landmark Quay Bar in Castlefield, Manchester, helping to create one of the city's most architecturally celebrated leisure developments of the late 1990s. Completed in 1998, the project was commissioned by Wolverhampton & Dudley Brewery (Banks's Brewery) and designed by the acclaimed Manchester architectural practice Stephenson Bell. The development represented an investment of approximately £2.5 million, reflecting the client's ambition to create an iconic destination overlooking the historic Bridgewater Canal.
