Our story
The Bardsley Story
Bardsley Construction was founded in 1964 in Lancashire as a small, family-run builder. Three generations later we remain a privately held company — answerable not to shareholders, but to the homes we hand over and the names on the side of our vans.
Our work is residential development: masterplanned communities, considered homes, sites of every scale. We work with national housebuilders, private landowners and local authorities to deliver schemes that endure long after the hoardings come down.
